Team Volunteering /team building activities: 4 hrs+ (Friday only, all with Family Action Volunteer supervisor)

Start at 9:30 at CP, distribute food into crates at Centre Place for each family. Set up craft table/teas and coffees, learn how to use cash box and how to sell food.
12:00- 12:45 Lunch break
13:00 Help put refrigerated food in crates ready for club at 13:00.
13:30 Club starts (Volunteers help with selling of food, cash box, packing families shopping, arts and crafts activity, teas and coffees, giving out leaflets, packing away crates)
15:00 Clear up.

Half day sessions: 3/4hrs in duration (Friday only, all with Family Action Volunteer supervisor)
9:30-11:30 Help with distribution of food in crates for each family
11:30-12:00 Set up crafts table.

Half day sessions 2hrs in duration (Friday only, all with Family Action Volunteer supervisor)
13:00-13:30 put refrigerated food in crates ready for club (learn how to use cash box and how to sell extra food, set up craft table, teas and coffees, and learn what information, advice and guidance flyers we are offering that week )
13:30-15:30 Help with running of FOOD club (offering teas and coffees, handing out leaflets, helping with packing of food, putting away crates, selling extra food, using cash box, helping with arts and crafts)

2hour sessions only (Sat and Mon, all with Family Action Volunteer supervisor)
FOOD Club (when families collect their food)

Any Saturday: Summercourt Children centre club: Summercourt Road, SS07AU Time: 10:30-12:20 (Help with running of FOOD club (offering teas and coffees, handing out leaflets, helping with packing of food, putting away crates, selling extra food, using cash box, helping with arts and crafts)

Any Monday: Monday, Friars Children Centre, Constable Way, Shoeburyness, SS3 9XX, Time: 9:30-11:20 (Help with running of FOOD club (offering teas and coffees, handing out leaflets, help-ing with packing of food, putting away crates, selling extra food, using cash box, helping with arts and crafts)
Sessions to take place in your office. (I can run these) (2 hours in duration/any day) Run by Family Action Supervisor.
– Creating food hampers with food donations your staff have received to give to families.
– Organise art and craft stations. Buy in resources for children and create an activity that our members children can use during a FOOD Club.
– Organise an activity for our families (adult and children) to enjoy when they come to the food club (sharing information on your expertise area, magic show, card games, activities around how food can affect mood, advice on healthy eating.)
