Purpose of the Role:
To create a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment for older guests by planning and delivering activities that promote social interaction, wellbeing, and enjoyment throughout the trip.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare activities suitable for older adults (e.g., quizzes, crafts, gentle exercise, games, music sessions).
• Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of participants.
• Set up and lead activities, ensuring everyone feels included and supported.
• Encourage participation and provide one-to-one support where needed.
• Work with the trip leader to coordinate activity schedules.
• Assist with practical tasks such as escorting guests to activities and mealtimes.
• Join social events and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
