Are you a great organiser? We are looking for a volunteer to be responsible for all trophies and medals, ensuring that the winners at the Southend Festival of Performing Arts receive their trophies.

Responsible for all trophies & medals awarded by the Festival, duties include maintaining inventories and controlling stocks of medals
• Ordering all non-returnable medals in time for the Festival (requires liaising with Treasurer)
• Ensuring there is an adequate number of medals for purchase (requires liaising with Treasurer)
• Trophies: maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all trophies and the Sections/Classes to which they are allocated, liaising with Secretary to ensure that this ties in with records on the website
• Trophies – identifying those trophies required for the forthcoming Festival and arranging with the supplier for their cleaning and transport to the delivery of trophies to the Festival at appropriate times
• Recovering trophies that have not been returned by the deadline
• Ensuring that adequate insurance cover is in place
