October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and so a very busy time for Lady McAdden. We are seeking volunteers to help us with our fundraising and awareness events throughout October. We have some dates booked to do collections in local stores, as well as having awareness stands at the local Park Runs. We are asking volunteers to help us spread awareness for breast cancer signs and symptoms and about our charity – all volunteers will be briefed on this information – and also collecting funds for the charity. We are a very small staff team, but want to try and have a big impact in Southend this October, to help as many people as we can take charge of their breast health. By helping us we hope that we can help you with building confidence, socialising with others, work experience, and providing you with awareness knowledge for your own health. As a thank you for helping us, we will allow anyone volunteering to join one of our October Wellbeing Webinars for free.

No special skills or qualifications required. We just ask that you are friendly, approachable and happy to talk to lots of people about boobs!

All standard policies in place. Training provided for anyone discussing breast cancer awareness, expenses, such as parking & fuel, repaid.
