Charity Shop Supervisor & Key Holder (Sunday Role)

Are you reliable, friendly, and up for a rewarding Sunday challenge? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to take on a supervisory role in one of our charity shops. As a Key Holder, you’ll help lead the day-to-day running of the shop and ensure it’s a warm and welcoming place for all.

🔑 Main Responsibilities
As a valued Supervisor/Key Holder, you’ll:

Open and close the shop

Greet customers and offer excellent service

Operate the till and process sales

Accept donations and process Gift Aid

Steam, hang, and tag clothes

Keep the shop floor tidy and inviting

Support and lead fellow volunteers

Cash up at the end of the day (full training provided)

SKILLS

some experience in retail would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given across all areas
