CityFamily is the friendly, local community for families in Southend to meet each other for support; have free access to help from experienced teams on having and raising a child; and learn to make the most of all that Southend has to offer.

We are looking for volunteers to attend food and baby banks to engage with families with children under the age of 4 years, or expectant families, to connect with CityFamily and help them to access what is available to them in Southend.

Volunteers will have a presence within community settings that established vital services to families of Southend, signposting to other support and providing information on what CityFamily can offer. Volunteers will be provided with full training, ongoing support and development, and out-of-pocket expenses.
