Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Female Fitness Instructor to support our Activities Team in delivering engaging and inclusive fitness sessions for our female residents. This volunteer role offers a meaningful opportunity to promote health and well-being in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead or assist with fitness sessions tailored to the needs of female residents

· Work collaboratively with the Activities Team to plan and deliver varied physical activities

· Motivate and encourage residents to participate, promoting a positive and safe environment

· Ensure appropriate use of equipment and adherence to safety standard

SKILLS

Skills & Attributes Required:

· Experience in fitness instruction or personal training (qualified or working toward qualification)

· Knowledge of exercise modifications to suit different fitness levels and abilities

· Friendly, approachable, and inclusive communication style

· Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative when needed
