We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community In-Reach Support. In this role, you will collaborate with a team to develop and implement procedures ensuring the safe operation of our in-reach service in Southend Borough and surrounding areas.
Your main responsibilities include prioritizing safeguarding and data protection, actively participating in in-reach activities day and night, and fostering positive relationships with residents, community leaders, and local authorities. Your role will extend to supporting community-led initiatives, and advocating for health and wellbeing issues.
As a team member, you will contribute to the promotion of our in-reach service through various communication channels and attend relevant training programs. Your commitment to adhering to organisational procedures and policies is crucial, ensuring consistency and a focus on individuals in need.
The role involves a diverse work environment, requiring flexibility to work in and around the centre, including evenings and weekends.
