About this opportunity from Essex and South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership

We are looking for someone or a small group who would like to help maintain the railway station at Rochford. All ideas welcomed but specifically someone who would like to plant up some planters on the station and then tend them.

We would also like to attract more wildlife to the station so someone who would be interested in helping us install bird houses and bug hotels would be good.

Timings are totally flexible, in the control of the volunteer and can take as much time or as little time as suits.

Our volunteers are really well supported by both Greater Anglia and by ourselves. We have coffee mornings and thank you events and can provide support with larger gardening projects.
