South Essex Community Hub is looking for volunteers to join us at our Help In Hub, to help lessen the digital divide and support those without access to the internet.

Our volunteer digital leads help clients access the internet. Clients visiting the Help In Hub may need assistance with a range of tasks, including:

Checking their emails/sending emails with attachments.
Scanning documents.
Filling in online forms including but not limited to Universal Credit, On The Move, Bus Passes, Blue Badges, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Reduction.
Learning how to use a computer.

Volunteering with South Essex Community Hub gives you the opportunity to:
