About this opportunity from Angling Coaching Initiative (ACI)

We are a not for profit venture that would seek to provide opportunities for the younger generation to experience freshwater fishing, and to acquire the skills needed to be successful.

We have a few students with some disabilities such as ADHD etc. who could do with some additional Angling Coach SUPPORT personnel. You would act as an assistant to the angling coach in that swim and help ensure the engagement and safety of those pupils, plus take on some additional activities if you wish to keep them happily occupied and busy.

Skills

Preferably some experience of helping and supporting children/young people with special educational needs/disabilities.

Student numbers are geared round the number of coaches for each event, two for each coach. We set up the day’s event between 8-9.30am, coach till 2.15pm, then pack up over the next hour.
