Purpose of the Role:
Support individuals living with mental ill health or social isolation by facilitating woodworking sessions. Help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where members can learn, build, and connect through practical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the woodworking area and ensure safe tool use
  • Share carpentry skills (e.g., building bird boxes, benches)
  • Welcome and encourage new members
