We are looking for a volunteer to join our team as a Foodbank Centre Volunteer, specifically as a Chaperone, at our Distribution Centre in Belle Vue. You will be meeting guests and chatting to them as you help to pack their food parcel and generally making them feel welcome at the foodbank.

You will be making a real difference to people’s lives, providing vital help and support to those in food poverty in our local community.

As a Southend Foodbank Centre Volunteer, you will play a vital role giving direct support to guests who use the Foodbank.

SKILLS

You will need to be comfortable meeting & greeting guests and having conversations with them.
