About this opportunity from Southend Carers

Our trustees play an important part in advancing the purposes of our charity, and we are actively looking for two new trustees, who will not only enhance our existing board with skills & experience, but ensure the continued success of the charity.

Working together with the Chief Executive and Management Team, they will support Southend Carers to continue doing what it does best for Carers…. delivering high quality support services and innovative projects – where they are needed and matter most.

Our aim is to also strengthen the diversity of our current board, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds – particularly those with lived experiences.

Skill areas we are keen to fill are: Finance/Accounts

As well as an opportunity to be part of a great team, we are able to offer a full induction programme, training opportunities and skills development.
