Looking to build your social media experience and strengthen your CV?

The Jazz Centre UK is looking for a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to help us grow our social media presence and share the world of jazz with new audiences.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in social media, marketing, communications, music, arts or events who wants to gain practical experience that they can add to their CV and future job applications.

What you’ll be doing

Working with the Jazz Centre UK team, you’ll help to:
– Create and schedule engaging posts for our social media channels
– Promote upcoming concerts, events, exhibitions and activities
– Help increase our reach, engagement and followers

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn directly from Matthew Fisher, an accredited marketer, gaining practical insight into professional marketing, social media and audience engagement. You will also gain charity, music and museum sector knowledge.

This is more than simply posting on social media — you’ll gain experience of content strategy, digital marketing and promoting a real cultural organisation.
