Volunteer Specification
– Previous experience working around homelessness or vulnerable individuals.
– Attend available training which will be provided throughout your volunteering with us.
Role Description
– Assist the outreach team to provide food and other essential items to those that are experiencing homelessness in the area.
– To offer a person centred approach to each individual in need.
– To help those that are in need of mental health support.
– To assist those experiencing homelessness to have access to support services they require.
– Visit local hotspots for rough sleepers, to provide emergency food or clothing.
– Adhere to St Vincent’s Centre’s policies and procedures.
