What you will be doing
- Provide essential administrative support to Havens Hospices’ volunteer team
- Assist in HR-related tasks for our dedicated volunteers, including recruitment processes and maintaining volunteer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the volunteer program
Skills
- Utilise Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient data management and document creation
- Previous experience in administrative roles, with a focus on HR functions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
