What you will be doing

 

  • Provide essential administrative support to Havens Hospices’ volunteer team
  • Assist in HR-related tasks for our dedicated volunteers, including recruitment processes and maintaining volunteer records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the volunteer program

Skills

  • Utilise Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient data management and document creation
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, with a focus on HR functions is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
